Shipping & Delivery

• Production time is typically 2-3 weeks for standard orders.
• Shipping times vary by destination, typically 3-7 business days for domestic orders.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns for correctly manufactured items.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
• If we made an error with your order, we will correct it at no additional cost.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Intellectual Property

• Terrain data is sourced from public domain elevation datasets.
• You retain any rights to custom engraving text you provide.
• Our website design, branding, and content are protected by copyright.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mountains.art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service or products.
